Position Summary:
HB is seeking a Senior Advisory Associate to play a key role in supporting Wealth Advisors and delivering a high-quality, coordinated Family Office client experience. This position combines analytical and technical responsibilities with client service coordination and execution.

Serving as an important coordination point across Wealth Advisors, Client Service Associates, Investment Operations, planning professionals, and other internal and external specialists, the Senior Advisory Associate will help translate advice and client decisions into action. This individual will help ensure complex and often interrelated client needs are addressed efficiently, accurately, and with clear ownership.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of complex client service needs in close partnership with the Wealth Advisor.
