About the role
You’ll bring the Floors Etc brand to life everywhere our clients experience it: in our showroom, on social media, and at our events. This is a hands-on creative role focused on how our brand looks, feels, and tells its story. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales to keep every detail refined, consistent, and true to our luxury positioning.

What you’ll do

Showroom & displays

• Design, install, and refresh flooring displays that showcase current collections and seasonal priorities
• Curate product groupings and vignettes that inspire clients and support the sales process
• Keep the showroom polished, organized, and on brand

New products

• Lead the showroom introduction of new products, collections, and vendors
• Work with leadership and sales to understand product priorities and tell each product’s story

Social media

• Create and manage social content that reflects our aesthetic, voice, and values
• Capture showroom moments, new products, displays, and events
• Maintain a consistent, elevated look across all platforms

Events

• Help plan and run brand events, showroom experiences, and client gatherings
• Coordinate event visuals, product presentation, and finishing details
• Capture content before and after events

Brand consistency

• Keep signage, collateral, samples, and displays aligned with brand standards
• Partner with sales and leadership so the client experience matches how we present the brand

What you bring

• A strong visual eye and an appreciation for luxury, design, and detail
• Experience in visual merchandising, brand experience, retail or showroom environments, or a related field
• Comfort creating and managing social media content with a refined, brand-forward aesthetic
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach and strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• A background in home interiors, design, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of flooring products and installation
• A pulse on design and industry trends

  Work environment

· This position is on-site in Timonium MD, with travel to client sites in the VA, DC, MD region. 

· Workdays are Monday through Friday
