About the role
You’ll install, replace and repair tank and tankless water heaters in homes and businesses across the greater Seattle area. We’re looking for an experienced plumber who puts safety first and takes pride in great customer service.

Service area
We cover the greater Seattle/Bellevue area and beyond, from Bellingham down to Auburn.

PLEASE Note: Monthly Tech Meetings are held at our Woodinville warehouse, attendance is required. 

 What you’ll need

• 2.5+ years of plumbing or water heater installation experience (an apprenticeship counts)
• Strong communication skills with customers, team leads, Customer Service and Dispatch
• Ability to work on your own
• Comfortable using email and an iPad to complete job documentation
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company guidelines
• Willingness to keep learning and growing in the trade

Driving requirements

• Valid Washington driver’s license. If you have an out-of-state license, you’ll need to get a Washington license within 30 days of accepting an offer.
• Insurable driving record, meaning few or no moving violations in the last 3–5 years
• At least 25 years old with 2+ years of driving experience (required by our vehicle insurance)
• A safe place to park the company truck during off-hours
