What you’ll do

• Shape how we work. Partner with fellow leaders to build, refine, and roll out the policies and processes that keep our projects humming.
• Lead and grow your team. Train, coach, and mentor your people, keep everyone pulling toward the same goals, and build a team people want to stay on.
• Clear the path. Spot roadblocks early and help your team find smart ways around them.
• Think before you leap. Weigh the impact of changes before they happen so execution stays smooth.
• Own the numbers. Build and track budgets weekly, keep financial projections current, and share results with leadership.
• Be the trusted partner. Build lasting relationships with senior-level clients who count on us to deliver.
• Plan for now and next. Set short- and long-term goals for your segment and drive them forward with the rest of the senior team.
• Jump in where needed. Like any growing company, we wear a few hats, and you’ll take on other projects as they come up.

How you lead

• You handle people with diplomacy and resolve conflict fairly.
• You run meetings that are actually worth attending.
• You lead with integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• You stay calm when the pressure is on, and your team feels it.
• You keep the team aligned with our standards and complete performance reviews that help people grow.

What you bring

• 8+ years of experience managing large customer relationships, ideally in construction, retail, or restaurants
• Comfort digging into financial data, building reports, and forecasting project performance
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but experience counts most
