Oryana Community Co-op is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Store Operations Manager for our Tenth Street location. The Assistant Store Operations Manager supports Oryana by providing oversight of all aspects of daily store operations, in the absence of the Store Operations Manager, so that an exceptional customer experience is provided. The Assistant Store Operations Manager also works to achieve the goals, objectives and standards in alignment with the co-op’s mission and supports the goals and strategies of the CEO.

This is a salaried position starting at $56,846 - $67,225 annual, experience considered. Full and part-time employees receive a great store discount (25% off most purchases), paid time-off and other benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and 401k with employer match.

This position requires open availability. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience with a thorough understanding of retail operations.
