Tittle:  Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE 

Location: remote

Start Date: ASAP

• 8–12 years of experience delivering  CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions, including at least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience.
• Significant functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and experience as a Senior Functional Consultant or  Functional Lead.
• Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, pipeline  management, and order handoff.
• Proven experience leading discovery  workshops and developing requirements, process flows, user stories,  fit-gap assessments, and functional specifications.
• Strong experience defining migration scope, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, data      validation, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience defining integration  requirements and supporting enterprise system implementations.
• Experience leading testing, UAT, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with  business leaders, Solution Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a  comparable delivery platform.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Enterprise CRM assessments,modernization programs, and migrations from legacy CRM platforms or Salesforce.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, or Contact Center.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or Business Central integrations.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI-enabled sales processes, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise analytics.
• Experience supporting global,  multi-entity, multi-brand, or multi-territory organizations.
• Consulting or systems integration experience, familiarity with Microsoft FastTrack practices, and exposure to regulated industries.
• Ability to mentor Functional  Consultants and Business Analysts.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

• Current-state and future-state  process documentation.
• Business requirements, functional  designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Fit-gap assessments, configuration workbooks, and requirements traceability.
• Migration mappings, transformation  rules, data dictionaries, and validation criteria.
• Integration, security, and  reporting requirements.
• Test scripts, UAT plans, defect  records, and business sign-offs.
• Training materials, cutover checklists, and support documentation.
