Title : Senior Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10-12 years of experience in CRM development or technical consulting, including hands-on experience with Microsoft  Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript,  and REST APIs.
• Experience developing plugins, custom APIs, and Power  Automate flows.
• Experience with Power Apps and integrations involving  Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, solution  management, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Git and application lifecycle  management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with  business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure integration services.
• Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework  controls.
• Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, or  Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
• Experience with CRM data migration tools and Power  BI.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform  or Dynamics 365.
• Experience delivering client projects through Agile development methods.

• Technical deliverables meet approved requirements and  acceptance criteria.
• Development and deployment activities are completed  within agreed timelines.
• Solutions demonstrate reliable performance, appropriate security, and maintainable code.
• Defects and production issues are resolved promptly.
• Documentation and knowledge transfer enable effective ongoing support.
