Position Summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and skilled Bartender to join our Food 

& Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will craft beverages with precision and care, provide toptier service to guests, and contribute to the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at the bar, grill, 

and on-course events.

The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, and beer, and thrives in 

a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are 

essential.

Key Responsibilities

•  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
•  Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
•  Maintain knowledge of all menu items, drink specials, and promotions
•  Follow proper recipes, measurements, and presentation standards
•  Upsell beverages and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas
•  Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
•  Process transactions accurately using POS systems
•  Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
•  Assist with golf tournaments, special events, and banquet bar setups
•  Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation policies

Qualifications

•  1+ year of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
•  Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Must be 18+ with a valid Arizona Title 4 Certification and Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain)
•  Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
•  Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
•  Team player with a professional, polished appearance and demeanor
