Description
Kaney, Inc is looking for an experienced, outside sales professional to represent our business in the aerospace and spaceflight sectors.
Requirements
- Serve as a direct sales interface to customers in the aerospace, spaceflight and potentially other sectors as assigned by the company
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify sales opportunities that match Kaney’s products and services to customer needs. Drives these opportunities from initiation to commercial closure
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, informing them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
- Provides periodic sales forecasts
