Trenam Law, an AV rated law firm with offices in Tampa and St. Petersburg, has an opening in its Tampa office for an experienced paralegal. This paralegal position prepares and reviews draft documents for attorney review and finalization, performs record searches, e-filing and recordings, UCC searches, orders title searches, reviews title commitments and surveys, prepares closing statements, checklists and critical date schedules, etc. as related to loan closings, purchase and sale of commercial property and assist with closings and other services related to the support of attorneys in the execution of their client needs.  

Paralegals experienced working independently and in coordination with others on sophisticated real estate transactions will be considered. Prior job stability, a professional demeanor, and confidence working with clients and attorneys are desired. Attributes that will enable success include initiative, ability to handle a high volume of work, work under deadlines, team orientation, excellent communication, adaptive, able to resolve problems, service mindset and able to learn and effectively utilize new and traditional software.
