The Customer Relations Associate role will be a hybrid schedule working onsite three days a week in our Tampa office.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Deliver exceptional service to customers and agency partners through inbound phone, email, and other service communication channels.

Develop strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to serve as a trusted resource for both internal and external customers. 

Assume ownership of customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution

Effectively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a personalized, high-quality service experience.

Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and service in a fast-paced environment. 

Support special projects, service initiatives, and cross-functional efforts as assigned.

Share ideas and feedback that contribute to process improvements and enhanced customer experiences.

Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to build skills and support career growth.


Preferred qualifications 

Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent professional experience, with a background in insurance, hospitality, luxury service, financial services, or other customer-centric industries preferred.

Demonstrated emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service. 

Strong critical-thinking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and maintain attention to detail.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to establish positive relationships and effectively support both internal and external customers.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.
