Graphic Design Role
We are currently searching for a driven and talented Graphic Designer, to join our Marketing and creative team. We are a dynamic and fast-paced company with an amazing team of creatives. The ideal candidate will naturally fit in with our team and culture and will be able to contribute on design strategy and execution of projects. We look to add a new team member with fresh ideas who is up to date with design best practices, trends, and new technologies. The graphic design role will include production work (editing photos, mockups, developing print ready files, and working with existing templates) but will also have a chance to significantly contribute to our Marketing B2B and e-commerce efforts, as well as the brand direction of our company and our three consumer brands.


  • Design presentation decks, catalogs, print , and digital marketing materials
  • Create visual elements such as original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
  • Use provided creative concepts and guidelines to produce multiple design files
  • Assist with developing assets to be used on our e-commerce store (banners, ads, social media)
  • Create email templates and designs
  • Assist in uploading content to our websites
  • Create and work with product mock-ups
  • Assist with trade show graphics, build, and decorations
  • Assist with the development of packaging designs
  • Create designs, layouts, and finished artwork for various types of print and digital projects
  • Assist in the UI and UX of our website:
  • Assist with brand development, ensuring assigned deliverables align with the creative vision and strategy of each brand
  • Present design concepts to marketing director and team and incorporate changes recommended feedback into final designs
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
  • Assist with editing and retouching photography assets
  • Collaborate with the team during the creative process; provide input and ideas into the creative strategy
  • Graphic Design portfolio (please upload)
  • Experience working as an in-house designer, agency, or marketing team (2+ years preferred, internships included)
  • Interest in marketing and how design impacts marketing, sales, and overall company growth
  • Detail oriented and self-starting
  • An eye and taste for design with the ability to design in different styles – Scandinavian, minimal, natural, organic, pop
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proven knowledge of design principles and techniques
  • Ability to design for print and digital
  • Experience designing websites and working with responsive design (UI/UX)
  • Understanding of web development (Modern HTML/CSS)
  • Experience working with Website builders and CMS (Examples: Wordpress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • Expert knowledge of digital media software – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (experience with XD, Sketch, Figma, Webflow, Mailchimp, and other design and digital marketing software is preferred)
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask good questions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
  • Ability to problem solve marketing and design solutions
  • Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional team collaboration
  • Positive attitude and a desire to come up with fresh ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Ability to own projects from beginning to end while working with the Sr. Designer and team
