Job Description:
The Bridgewater Club is seeking a certified personal trainer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
The successful candidate must possess excellent time-management, communication and interpersonal skills and must have the ability to work with all ages and fitness levels. Our personal trainers work one-on-one with members to establish goals; to design and facilitate safe and effective fitness programs; to teach and demonstrate proper form of exercise selections and safe use of exercise equipment; and to coach and mentor members on making positive lifestyle and behavior change.
Personal trainers are responsible for all scheduling and billing of training sessions, maintaining current certifications and CPR, working as a team to keep the Fitness Center floor clean and organized and abiding by all rules, policies and procedures established by The Bridgewater Club.
Trainers must have the ability to establish close working relationships with other fitness professionals, medical professionals, and staff.

Education/Experience:
- Degree in Exercise Science or Health Related Field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience required
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Hold and maintain a nationally recognized certification (NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NASM, AFFA, Cooper Institute, NFPT or other)
- Must be CPR/AED certified
