Analysts, Network Engineering are responsible for the design, implementation, and support of MEDITECH’s cloud-based customer networking equipment and connectivity

  • Configure, implement, manage, and troubleshoot the networking hardware that connects MEDITECH's customer networks to our cloud hosted deployments.
  • Designing and supporting MEDITECH's cloud customer VPNs 
  • Developing and supporting MEDITECH’s cloud-hosted, customer-based network monitoring, and asset management of our hardware deployed at customer sites
  • Integrating and managing software security and authentication features
  • Demonstrating professionalism and respect. Upholding the standards of the company as outlined in our Code of Ethical Conduct
  • Traveling 15% of the time, anywhere within the United States and Canada.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN/MAN technologies
  • Understanding of the Seven Layer OSI Model
  • Understanding of I.P. Addressing and Subnet Masking
  • Understanding of Routing and Switching Technologies
  • Expert knowledge of Fortinet Operating System (FortiOS) 
  • Fortinet NSE Certification(s)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a valid passport 
  • You may be required to show proof of vaccination when traveling to a customer site unless you have an approved medical or religious exemption.

This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.
