Position Highlights:

We train you to learn new skills. Work one-on-one with patients while providing a broad scope of care and acquiring new skills. This role offers extensive training and hands-on patient care experience. We look forward to providing you with additional knowledge and opportunities. You work with a tight-knit team and have the support of an emergency-trained provider at all times.

Competitive Pay: If you haven’t received your EMT license yet, start at $17/hr with time-based raises and multiple opportunities for performance and training-related promotions. Once you receive your EMT license, send it our way and your pay will be increased to $18 an hour. You will strongly be encouraged to seek additional promotions and $19/hr is easy to accomplish within nine months (often sooner).

Tuition Reimbursement: As an added benefit for program graduates who join the TAUC team, we will reimburse your full $1,200 tuition in monthly, tax-free payments upon licensure. These payments are in addition to your full-time pay and benefits.

Expand Your Skills & Get Promoted: We provide opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and encourage our team to pursue promotions. Once you finish training, you can become a site manager, inventory liaison, new employee trainer, or be assigned to mentor a group of employees.

Team Culture: You will be joining a cross-functional team of emergency-trained clinicians including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Paramedics, EMTs, MAs, and more. We keep teams small and collaborate with each other in a teamwork-driven environment.

• Three twelve-hour shifts per week (36 hours) with full-time benefits
• Unlimited overtime pay available
• Easily swap or pick up hours on our scheduling app
• No overnight shifts
