• Demonstrated experience in successfully organising and delivering projects in the space or aerospace industry for stakeholders such as ESA, UKSA, and the MoD.
• Experience developing and executing project plans (schedules, payment milestones, work package definition, management plans etc.).
• Experience building and maintaining risk registers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, internally and for external customers and stakeholders. 
• Works effectively across time zones and successfully interfaces between sales and engineering to coordinate on-time project deliverables
• Proven ability to deliver to deadlines and under pressure.
• Experience in bid writing.
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) complex issues clearly, at all levels including audiences with technical and non-technical backgrounds. 
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (or equivalent qualification).

Desired Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in a space or STEM subject.
• Knowledge of the space, GNSS or broader PNT industries.
• Ability to hold a security clearance.
• Experience in contract closure/negotiation and implementation.
• A willingness to travel to Europe and the U.S.
