Summary/ Objective
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day functionality of preparing orders for
customers according to specifications, which may include bagging items individually and applying
stickers and/or hangtags. They will also be responsible for building programs, picking, packing, and
shipping orders.

Department Duties
- Review picked orders for accuracy and completion
- Prepare various orders for delivery; prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures, based on customer specifications
- Communicate any discrepancies with orders
- Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
- Applies stickers, hangtags, etc. as necessary for the order.
- Picks and packs small orders and delivers them to the shipping department.
- Prints stickers for customers as determined by customer specifications.
- Builds programs according to customer specifications.
- Ensures overall client satisfaction by maintaining active knowledge of customer needs and communicating those needs to the appropriate departments.
- Operate automatic tagging/bagging machine
- Assists other departments as needed and completes other duties as may be assigned to contribute to the efforts of the team.
- Operation of powered pallet jack, at management discretion and as able

Skills and Abilities
- Good organizational skills and basic warehouse understanding of picking, shipping, receiving, issuing materials, proper and orderly storage, optimum space utilization and/or stock inventory procedures
- Ability to clearly read/listen and understand work instructions
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
- Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles, personalities, and career levels.

- Position requires frequent standing, lifting, reaching, walking, handling, bending, kneeling,
stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or G.E.D Preferred:
- At least one (1) year of prior job-related experience in a warehouse environment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - Full Time - Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week with
possible overtime - Additional hours and days (holidays, weekends) as required
