A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill a full-time Post-Bar Law Clerk in its Los Angeles (Glendale) office.


We are looking for confident, energetic, and sharp future attorneys who are quick-on-their-feet thinkers, and aggressive and creative litigators for adversarial, fast-paced litigation.


Area of Practice: Exclusively labor and employment matters, on behalf of employees in California, with focus on wage and hour Class/PAGA actions and/or single-plaintiff employment lawsuits. 


Title: Post-Bar Law Clerk 


Location: Los Angeles, CA (Glendale)


Hours: Full-Time


Salary: $100,000/year


Experience: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Experience in plaintiff or defense side employment law, wage & hour, and Class/PAGA actions and/or single-plaintiff is a plus.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

· Assist attorneys in handling wage and hour Class/PAGA actions and/or single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from inception through conclusion.

· Conduct legal research and analysis

· Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs

· Prepare attorneys for court hearings and trials

· Assist in client meetings and consultation

· Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met

· Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters

· Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

Computer Skills Preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System, Clio, and other Litigation software.


Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus.
