Our team is made up of highly skilled union laborers who take pride in delivering precision concrete cutting and demolition services on complex and demanding projects.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Union Journeyman Concrete Cutter to join our field crew. The ideal candidate will be proficient in at least one of the following disciplines:

• Core Drilling
• Slab Sawing
• Wall Sawing
• Wire Sawing

This is a union position with work governed by applicable labor agreements and union scale pay. A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must be drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug test. This role may involve operating a company-provided van or trailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete cutting tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Perform tasks such as sawing, drilling, or coring with precision and attention to structural details
• Comply with job site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Maintain equipment and tools in clean, working condition
• Coordinate with supervisors and crew members to complete work on schedule
• Transport equipment and materials in a company-provided van or trailer

Compensation:
This is a union position offering union scale pay, benefits, and pension as per the current labor agreement.

Optional Travel:
No regular travel required. Occasional out-of-town work may be available on a volunteer basis.

 Requirements:

• Must be a union laborer in good standing (Laborers' Union affiliation required)
• Journeyman-level experience in concrete cutting
• Proficient in at least one specialty: core drilling, slab sawing, wall sawing, or wire sawing
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to securely park a company van/trailer at your residence
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Ability to work in commercial, industrial, and heavy highway environments
• Must be able to be clean shaven for respirator fit testing (as required by job sites)
• Strong understanding of safety practices and job site protocols

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Standing, bending, and working in noisy or confined spaces for extended periods
• Tolerance for dust, noise, working from heights, and variable weather conditions
