Pay Range: $38.00 - $39.00 per hour (depending on experience)

- Sunday - Thursday (3:00PM - 11:00PM), or
- Tuesday - Thursday (3:00PM - 11:00PM)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification or Registered Nurse (RN); First Aid Certification; and CPR certification
- 2 years of experience leading a team preferred. Experience in senior facilities desired

What are the Qualifications?
- Must undergo a Physical exam and Tuberculosis Screening, resulting in a negative TB diagnosis prior to employment

What Will I Be Doing?
- Oversee and direct care personnel on the shift, ensuring adherence to professional care standards and compliance with Title 22 regulations. Provide guidance and support to the care team and address challenging cases. At the direction of health services management, may make changes to the schedule and staff work assignments in case of absenteeism
- Check-in with residents and care staff during shift to ensure that proper care is being given
- Supervise the administration, monitoring, and recording of prescribed medications given to residents. Provide one-on-one support for medication administration if needed
- Maintain regular communication with physicians and family members regarding changes in residents' physical health or needs, ensuring confidentiality
- Following up on reported changes on medication conditions, making assessments, and reporting any changes in behavior or medical conditions to physicians
- The Charge Nurse will also respond to emergency calls, assess residents' behavior, and contact 911 if necessary
- Health assessment, Subcutaneous injections. Treat wounds and pressure injuries and other treatments and medications as needed within the scope of the LVN license
