Trenam Law is seeking an attorney to join our Employment Law group. Prior experience of 2+ years should include supporting employers with legal matters related to employee relations, policies, compliance, and litigation.
This attorney will regularly advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment law, provide advice and representation to employers in government investigations and litigation of employment claims. The associate will be expected to assist clients with various employment issues that may include wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, or employee separations.
