ASSISTANT MANAGER, TIVOLI BOWLING LANES  Starting Pay: $18.00/Hour + Tips

We are currently looking for self-motivated, cooperative Assistant Managers (AMs) who are interested in learning more about (or have experience in) the restaurant/bar industry and/or the bowling center industry.

The part-time (with potential to become full-time) position would coordinate with the General Manager (GM) to lead the employees in front-of-house operations in the everyday operations of the bowling center’s counter operations, including bowling and food/drink services, helping develop leagues and social activities for the center, as well as contribute to the overall safety and success of the Tivoli Bowl brand.

 Those interested in the position should have the following qualities:

• Be 21 years of age or older, in order to serve alcoholic beverages
• Hospitality-oriented personality
• Positive attitude, especially in their motivational ability in leadership
• Quality-focus to their work
• Cooperative and team-players
• Desire to learn new things
• Friendly & upbeat when interacting with guests
• Preferred experience (1-2 years) of leadership in foodservice or bowling operations
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs (stocking the bar and refrigerator/freezer at the counter)
• Have Current/Willing to obtain your Illinois BASSET card to be able to serve alcoholic beverages
• Have Current/Willing to obtain your (ANSI Accredited) Manager Food Safety certification
