Description
  •  Supervises and performs meaningful training to individual employees during production time and down timeCompletes all required documentation, efficiently and accurately, including but not limited to, attendance records, time sheets, production related data, incident reporting, and documentation. 
  • Provides training to individuals we serve in habilitative, vocational, personal and social development skills according to the individuals' plan(s)
  •  Determines work opportunities that allow individuals we serve to experience success in performing tasks of increasing difficulty and that teach work values such as self improvement, independence, dependability, productivity and pride of workmanship.
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of individuals we serve
  •  Assists management in identifying, analyzing, establishing or adjusting work procedures/methods to improve training and production, and to meet production schedules and quality standards 
  •  Interprets job specifications, sets up jobs as instructed by management., trains individuals we serve in all phases of production assembly, and assigns job duties to employees 
  •  Recognizes the importance of exceptional quality to our customers and strives to meet or exceed the established standards 
  •  Works with individuals we serve and county supports in establishing plans to motivate clients to achieve training and work goals and objectives with maximum efficiency 
  • Follows and implements individual plans as established
  • Identifies and relays concerns about clients to management and county supports
  • Performs bus duty as scheduled or instructed
  • Adhere to Policy & Procedures of RVI, Inc.
  • Observe, practice, and enforce all safety regulations
  • Report any safety violations or concerns to the appropriate manager/safety coordinator
  • Practice "Universal Precautions" according to relevant Blood-Bourne Pathogens training procedures
  • Performs other day programming tasks as needed
  • Transport individuals in company vehicles for community integration, habilitation, and production needs.
  • Responsible for accepting and auditing deliveries, ensuring accuracy
  • Loads and unloads delivery trucks using tow motor / handcart as appropriate, with respect to all safety standards
  • Maintains organization of supplies/product in the warehouse and storage barn using tow motor / handcart as necessary
  • Is trained and knowledgeable, and adheres to, that which is outlined in substantial ISPs and BSPs for each individual including specific physical interventions; able to perform those physical interventions when necessary and appropriate
  • Embody Trauma Informed Care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Ohio Drivers' License, for anyone transporting individuals we serve
  • Current certification in Blood-Bourne Pathogens, CPR and First Aid training
  • Ability to take and pass all company required training
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, in writing and electronically
  • Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with coworkers and Management
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in familiar context
  • Ability to perform personal services duties when necessary including but not limited to feeding and bath rooming
