Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service, including order processing, returns/defective material handling, and product procurement.
- Perform all warehouse functions—receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping—accurately and efficiently.
- Use warehouse WMS Zebra RF device for job function
- Participate in warehouse audits and physical inventories.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas (counter, self-serve, warehouse).
- Load/unload trucks, inspect products for damage, and process returns per vendor SOPs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year experience in wholesale distribution preferred; retail or wholesale customer service experience a plus.
- ERP/Eclipse knowledge preferred; strong computer look-up skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Strong time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs using proper equipment.
- Operate pallet jacks with loads up to 300 lbs.
- Bend, reach, and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment
Work is performed in warehouse, counter, and outdoor storage areas. Exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate to loud noise levels is common.
