Job Title: Administrator of Project Support
Location: Orlando, Florida

Reports To: Vice President of Technical Services
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: The Administrator of Project Support role is imbedded within the Operations Department and is responsible for the promotion of safety and compliance initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates with departmental managers and directors on development of comprehensive fix strategies for Letters of Investigation, Voluntary Disclosures, SAFA reports and other formal responses.
- Files and manages all official correspondence.
- Assists with Project Management on all departmental initiatives as assigned by the VP of Technical Operations.
- Identification of hazards and reducing operational risks through the Safety Risk Management program.
- Participation in the SMS (Safety Management Systems) Safety Action Team meetings and attendance at Safety Review Board meetings.
- Coordinates all incoming FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) communication and formal written communication with FAA personnel on matters delegated by the Vice President Technical Operations.
- Special assignments as designated by the Vice President of Technical Operations.
- Works with the Manager of Technical Publications to ensure the content of the National Airlines manual system is consistent, meets regulatory requirements, and interfaces with other manuals as appropriate.
- Tracks all open FAA items.
- Schedules and lead weekly meetings with Operations management to ensure timely responses of all FAA correspondence.
- Assists the Vice President of Technical Operations with office management, meeting scheduling, meeting minutes publication, documentation, and calendar management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- Aviation background and experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation related discipline preferred.
- 4 years of document management experience preferred.
- 4 years of Project Management experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, copy machine/printer.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e., business offices with computers, phones, printers, and overhead lights).
- Ability to work in a confined office or open cubicle environment
