At Seed to Table, we’re more than a market we’re a community dedicated to fresh, organic, and high-quality products. As a Meat Associate, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and presenting premium meat products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and fulfilling orders
  • Cut, grind, weigh, price, wrap, and package meat according to customer specifications
  • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Receive, unload, stock, and rotate fresh meat deliveries
  • Ensure all products are within sell-by dates and maintain proper display standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently
  • Use cutting gloves and wear non-slip shoes for safety
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and attentive
  •  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs easily.
  • Stand and walk long periods 
  • Hear and follow instructions and customer needs.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move easily in a busy place.
  • Work comfortably in cold areas and with cleaning products.
  • Handle fresh ingredients without allergies.
  • Use step-stools and ladders safely.
  • Keep balance while working carefully.
  • Communicate clearly with team members.
