Mortgage Loan Originator Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our mortgage lending team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the mortgage loan branch, ensuring team productivity and compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the branch’s market share

- Oversee the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients

- Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff to achieve individual and team goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources

- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a mortgage loan originator and branch manager or similar leadership role

- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and compliance standards

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute business development initiatives

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Valid mortgage license and relevant certifications as required by state and federal regulations

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
