Maintenance Assistant and Floor Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant with a primary focus on floor cleaning to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular floor cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing, primarily on weekends

- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities

- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition

- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the premises

- Assist with other custodial or maintenance duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on weekends

- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
