Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour, DOE. FLSA non exempt.

Position Summary: Case and Foam Team Members will assemble and build high quality cases with custom foam inserts for various clients and industries. Team Members in this position will need to have a solid attention to detail and be able to interpret drawings to begin assembly. This position requires a driven attitude and ability to perform the many duties throughout the department.

Essential Job Function:

•  Build foam assemblies from design drawings with on-the-job training
•  Understand & learn different foam materials
•  Use tools such as hot wire, heat welder, hot glue machine, and razor knives
•  Assemble products according to our quality standards
•  Prioritize safety on all projects
•  Follow written and verbal directions
•  Operate department hand tools and equipment safety
•  Assist in maintaining a clean shop
•  Cross train and work in other divisions/departments as needed
•  Demonstrate and apply our internal and external company values (aka "Anchors") by working positively and collaboratively with team members and customers to form good partnerships and great teams while innovating, eliminating the non-essential and improving.
•  Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience preferred:

•  High School Diploma

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift to waist and carry 35lbs: 50%-74% 

Standing: 75%-100%

Hearing, feeling, seeing Including depth perception & color vision:75%-100%

Push, pull, 35lbs: 25%-49%
