Description
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable team member to step into an hourly Supervisor role. This position plays a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Supervisors lead by example, support the team, and help keep operations running smoothly across front- and back-of-house.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the team during shifts
- Ensure opening and closing tasks are completed
- Assist with guest service and issue resolution
- Support cash handling and daily deposits
- Assist with catering orders and execution
- Help monitor labor, food cost, and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 24 hours per week
- Availability for mornings, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
