Supervisor
Description

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable team member to step into an hourly Supervisor role. This position plays a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Supervisors lead by example, support the team, and help keep operations running smoothly across front- and back-of-house. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the team during shifts
  • Ensure opening and closing tasks are completed
  • Assist with guest service and issue resolution
  • Support cash handling and daily deposits
  • Assist with catering orders and execution
  • Help monitor labor, food cost, and inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned



Requirements
  • Minimum 24 hours per week
  • Availability for mornings, nights, and weekends 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
