The Production/Warehousing Position is responsible for weighing, mixing, packaging, and palletizing products according to established quality standards. This role includes operating mixing and packaging equipment, forklifts, and process control systems, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Operators support overall plant efficiency by performing routine maintenance, reporting product or equipment issues, and assisting in all areas of production. Flexibility, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures are essential.
Workdays/Hours: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday) 6am to 2pm (Includes (2) 20-minute paid breaks)
Pay increase potential in the 1st year (totaling $1.00/hour) during quarterly reviews on performance, accuracy, punctuation and good attendance ($0.25 per quarter)
Possibility of monthly production bonuses up to $500
Pay: $18.50 per hour

- Ability to lift, carry, drag, pull, and palletize up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb steps/ladders, kneel, crouch, and balance.
- Forklift operation experience (or ability to be trained/certified).
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow established procedures.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and documenting in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with flexibility and cooperation.
- Excellent attendance record is a must, Longevity at previous job is a plus.
