Description

Position Summary

The Chiropractor provides musculoskeletal evaluations, conservative care, and injury management for employees and patients within an occupational health setting. This role focuses on prevention, early intervention, functional restoration, and safe return-to-work planning. The chiropractor collaborates with interdisciplinary providers such as the medical provider, Physical Therapist, and Acupuncturist to support employee wellness, workplace safety, and injury prevention initiatives.


Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention. 


Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: Starting compensation range is $50.00-$60.00 hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients, and reviewing x-rays, as indicated. 
  • Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient according to their needs and goals 
  • Update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis. 
  • Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress. 
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care 
  • Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise and self-are techniques for injury prevention 
  • Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress. 
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program 
  • Unrestricted California Chiropractic License (Required) 
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification 
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills  
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment  
  • Outpatient or previous healthcare setting experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
