ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation of Wheel Loaders: Efficiently operate and maintain Wheel Loaders to ensure the smooth loading and transport of materials.
• Loading Sand into Hopper: Execute precise and safe loading of sand into hoppers, adhering to operational guidelines and safety protocols.
• Material Movement to Stockpile: Transport materials to designated stockpile areas with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to an organized and optimized workflow.
• Skilled Operation of Skid Steers: Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of skid steers, ensuring precision and safety in various tasks.
• Operation of Track Hoes (All Sizes): Operate track hoes of different sizes with skill and precision, adapting to the specific requirements of each task.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, promoting a secure working environment for yourself and others.
• Independent Operation: Display the ability to operate equipment independently without direct supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and safety

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Loader Operator 
• Proficient in operating skid steers and track hoes of various sizes.
