Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home evaluations and accurately assess customer plumbing needs.
- Present solutions and estimates clearly, including pricing, scope, and financing options.
- Close sales by building trust and demonstrating product and service value.
- Maintain strong follow-up on open estimates, leads, and customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and track performance metrics in CRM/software.
- Collaborate with dispatch, installation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all job files, pricing, and financing align with company standards and policies.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, local plumbing codes, and market trends.
- Provide a five-star customer experience, from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and contribute to team growth goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license, clean record.
- In-home sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skill.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting goals.
- Tech-savvy with CRM/sales tools.
- Able to access attics, crawlspaces, and work flexible hours.
- Professional, organized, and eager to learn.
