What This Role Does:
You'll be the connector—matching customer freight with reliable carriers while building long-term partnerships on both sides. From negotiating competitive rates to tracking shipments and solving problems on the fly, you'll combine sales skills with operational hustle. You'll use carrier analytics to make smart buying decisions, maintain consistent service levels, and help grow accounts through relationship management.
Who Thrives Here:
People with at least 2 years in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales who are comfortable working phones, negotiating deals, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You're detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by hitting revenue goals. TMW experience is helpful but not required—we value hustle and relationship-building skills over specific software knowledge.
