What This Role Does:
You'll own the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing relationship management. Build trust-based partnerships, coordinate shipments, solve problems proactively, and ensure every customer feels valued. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service while identifying growth opportunities within your accounts.
Who Excels Here:
Customer service or account management professionals with transportation/logistics background who genuinely care about relationships. You're organized, proactive, and know how to balance multiple customer needs without dropping balls. Strong communicators who can explain complex logistics simply and calm frustrated customers professionally. Experience with TMW or similar TMS is a plus.
