Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

Customer service pros with 1-2 years of experience, ideally in transportation or logistics. You're patient, detail-oriented, and great at written and verbal communication. You can juggle competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems. Bonus points for TMW or transportation software experience.
