What This Role Delivers:
Drive revenue and customer diversification by cultivating new bulk business prospects through analytical research and consultative selling. Build relationships with shippers, develop SOPs for new accounts, collaborate with operations to secure capacity and 3PL solutions, and support account growth once established. You'll contribute to bid packages, manage customer concerns, and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
Who Wins in This Role:
Business development professionals with 2+ years in logistics sales, preferably bulk transportation. You're proficient at cold calling, strategic in your approach to customers, and oriented toward profitability. You understand market dynamics, can align sales with operational capacity, and thrive in consultative selling environments. TMW and CRM experience helpful but not required.
