We are seeking a House Managers in Training to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. We are hiring for all boys, all girls, and sibling homes.

Working Hours:

Tuesday-Saturday: 

Tuesday-Friday: 1:00PM-10:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM-10:00PM

or

Sunday-Thursday:

Sunday: 8:00AM-10:00PM

Monday-Thursday: 1:00PM-10:00PM

• Learn the duties and obligations of the house manager role.
• Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.
• Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.
• Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.
• Manage and supervise staff and resources.
• Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.

Salary:

55K per year

•  Must have at least 3 years of experience working with children
• Must have at least 2-3 years of group home management experience. 
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
• Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
• Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
