Post Title: Seasonal Registration Event Staff (Contractor May - October 2026)

Location: Remote UK

Department: Customer Service

Salary: Competitive day rate

The Registration Event Staff role supports event-day registration operations. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service Onsite Event Staffing, this role is critical to ensuring a smooth registration process for Spartan participants. Responsibilities span setup, management, customer service, and wrap-up duties.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
• Registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
• Help manage registration volunteers during event days
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be comfortable traveling 30 days or more during the year
• Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles
• Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving
• Thrive in an environment of process, creative thinking and problem solving
• Passionate about first class delivery of fun and creative events
• Willingness to travel and work long days in all weather conditions
• Hard-working nature and someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty!
