Golf Outside Services

Description

Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, private club & golf course centrally located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village. We are searching for candidates to fill our Golf Outside Service team. This team consists of a select handful of highly qualified, enthusiastic, & hard-working individuals to help serve our membership with exceptional customer service. This seasonal position will run through a busy Fall as the weather allows.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Organize, stock, and stage golf carts & push carts for daily member & guest use
• Prepare practice facilities (driving range & putting green) for daily member & guest use
• Assist with Tournament preparation and organization
• Provide directions to starting tees, food & beverage options, restrooms, etc.
• Anticipate member needs before, during, and after rounds (waters, towels, assistance to and from the practice facilities, etc.)
• Wash & stock cart fleet
• Provide members/ guests with any golf amenity information
• Provide transportation to and from parking lot for members & guests
• Communicate with teammates using radios

What we offer you:

• Seasonal Position - Now through November - 24 to 32 hours a week - weather dependent as temperatures cool
• Flexible scheduling (willing to work around school, vacation, or retirement schedules)
• Free playing privileges on Monday after Noon.

Strong customer service mindset with a focus on member satisfaction & personalizing member/guest experience

Work availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts

Golf knowledge is a HIGHLY encouraged but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Able to work extended periods of time on your feet (walking, standing, etc.)

Ability to work in various temperatures and environment
