PM TRASYS is the Marine Corps' executive agent responsible for the acquisition and life-cycle support of ground training systems, devices, and training support services, fielding simulators, range systems, live training instrumentation, and distributed learning capabilities that directly enable Marine Corps expeditionary readiness and combat effectiveness.

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across the PM TRASYS multi-program portfolio, supporting government program managers and product managers across three product management groups. Your schedule products will directly support milestone reviews, acquisition decisions, and execution reporting that drives Marine Corps training modernization.

  • Develop schedule metrics, milestone look-ahead reports, and status summaries for PM TRASYS leadership and MARCORSYSCOM stakeholders
  • Prepare schedule, health briefings, and Gantt products for program reviews, In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and milestone events
  • Coordinate scheduling activities across PM TRASYS product management groups
  • Interface with government program managers and contractor representatives to collect status inputs and resolve schedule conflicts
