Inside Sales Representative
This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait kind of sales job. You’ll be in the driver’s seat—prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. If you like the thrill of the chase, hitting goals, and turning conversations into customers, you’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll spend your time reaching out to new prospects, growing existing accounts, and using tools like HubSpot to stay organized and strategic. The goal? Drive revenue, deliver a great customer experience, and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Connect with potential and existing customers
- Turn cold outreach into warm relationships and real business
- Grow and reactivate accounts while spotting new opportunities
- Keep your pipeline clean and organized in HubSpot
- Hit (and ideally exceed) your monthly and annual sales goals
- Learn our products inside and out so you can confidently sell them
- Handle everything from first contact to order entry
- Help move last-call and promo items
- Occasionally travel to trade shows or meet key customers

The Details
- Full-time, hourly position
- Office-based role
- Up to 20% travel
- Occasional evenings or weekends when needed
- Light lifting —about 15 lbs.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills—you can talk, listen, and connect
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a bonus)
- A positive attitude
