We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Banquet Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Banquet Manager in coordinating and overseeing banquet events from setup to cleanup

- Supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional customer service

- Monitor event timelines and logistics to ensure smooth operations

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

- Manage inventory and ensure proper setup of banquet spaces

- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements


- 1 year experience as a banquet captain or Assistant Manager

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required


Must be TABC and Food Handler certified
