• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the shift
• Bend, twist, reach, and work at various heights, including overhead
• Safely use ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve merchandise
• Perform repetitive motions such as scanning, stocking, and handling products
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe work environment
• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Provide consistent, friendly, and professional customer service
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
