Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist entail:

  • Recruiting and staffing for all Illinois and Missouri locations
  • Onboarding and orientation for new employee
  • Workers’ compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting
  • Unemployment claim processing and hearings
  • Assigning training and tracking course completion for parts employees at all locations
  • Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
  • HR reporting

Requirements

The requirements to be a Human Resources Generalist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 2 – 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
  • Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Salary Description
$27.25 - 34.00 / Hour
