The Hemlock Pain Center is seeking a dependable and skilled Radiologic Technologist RT(R) to join our clinical team to operate our C-Arm for pain management procedures in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role is essential in supporting our physicians by providing safe, accurate, and high-quality radiographic imaging.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operating fluoroscopic imaging equipment (C-Arm) in support of pain management procedures. This role works closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe and accurate imaging during procedures, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, safety, and departmental requirements. 
  • Operate  C-arm fluoroscopy equipment to support physicians during pain management procedures, including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, and other image-guided procedures.
  • Ensure proper positioning of the C-arm and patient to obtain optimal imaging while maintaining radiation safety for patients and clinical staff.
  • Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging as directed by the physician in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain radiologic equipment to ensure proper function and safety
  • Keep examination rooms organized, stocked, and ready for daily patient flow.
  • Adhere to all radiology safety standards, including proper body mechanics and patient-handling techniques.
  • All other duties as assigned/ needed.
Requirements


  • Active RT(R) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic program
  • Knowledge of radiology equipment, imaging protocols, and common safety hazards
