ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to become the cornerstone of our data and analytics function. This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role.  You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of our data solutions, from raw ingestion and data quality governance through to polished executive-facing dashboards. You will work directly with leadership, operations, finance, sales, HR, and technology teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight. If you thrive on building things that matter, take pride in clean data, and love automating the mundane so you can focus on the meaningful then this role was built for you.

Core Technology Stack

  • Snowflake
  • SQL
  • Power BI/Dax
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure
  • N8N/RPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting & Visualization

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of all Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards across the organization

• Establish and enforce reporting standards, including naming conventions, data model governance, and version control

• Translate business questions from all organizational levels — from frontline staff to the C-suite — into clear, accurate visual analytics

• Deliver self-service BI capabilities that reduce ad hoc data requests and empower teams to answer their own questions

Data Quality & Governance

• Own data quality end-to-end: define standards, build monitoring pipelines, triage anomalies, and communicate findings proactively

• Implement and maintain data validation frameworks within Snowflake and downstream reporting layers

• Partner with data owners across the business to document data lineage, definitions, and business rules

• Develop and maintain a data dictionary and metadata catalog to support organizational data literacy

Automation & Integration

• Maintain and innovate automated workflows using Power Automate, N8N, or equivalent RPA platforms to reduce manual data handling

• Build and maintain data pipelines that connect source systems to Snowflake and BI layers with minimal latency and maximum reliability

• Identify repetitive, manual processes across the organization and proactively develop automation solutions

• Support integration between Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook) and core data infrastructure

Data Architecture & Solutions

• Contribute to the design and evolution of our Snowflake data warehouse — schemas, data models, access patterns, and performance optimization

• Advise on and implement best practices for star schema, data vault, or medallion architecture patterns depending on use case

• Collaborate with engineering and IT to ensure data solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational strategy

• Support the evaluation and adoption of new data tools, platforms, and emerging technologies

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for data questions, needs, and escalations across the organization

• Present findings, project status, and data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Lead regular reporting reviews, data working groups, or analytics office hours to increase data fluency across teams
