Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user empathy, data-driven strategy, and technical feasibility. In this role, you will own a significant portion of our product roadmap, working to solve complex problems for hospitality operators and their guests. You won't just be managing features; you will be identifying market opportunities and building products that redefine what "hospitality" looks like in the digital age.


Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision and addresses the most pressing needs of our HaaS clients.
  • Discovery & Research: Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis within the hospitality tech space to identify unmet needs and potential areas for innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and the SVP of Operations & Strategy to ensure products are built efficiently and solve real operational pain points.
  • Feature Definition: Write clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories. Work with Design to create intuitive, delightful user experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs). Use data to iterate on features and drive product-led growth.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Support the Marketing and Enablement teams in launching new features, ensuring the Sales team is equipped with the right product knowledge and collateral.
  • Stakeholder Management: Balance competing priorities from different departments while keeping the customer’s voice at the center of every decision.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and through multiple iterations.
  • Strong technical acumen—you should be comfortable discussing APIs, data integrations, and system architecture with engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story about the "why" behind the "what."
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Pendo, Amplitude, Fullstory
  • Familiarity in using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT for rapid prototyping, competitive research, data analysis, and other PM functions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
