Registered Dietitian Key Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Assessments: Evaluate consumption patterns, weight maintenance, food/drug interactions, and overall well-being.
• Admissions: Perform assessments for new residents at nutritional risk.
• Documentation: Provide clear, accurate nutritional assessments and recommendations in care plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nursing, therapy departments, and culinary services.
• Safety Standards: Monitor HACCP and infection control practices, ensuring staff adherence to safety protocols.

Registered Dietitian Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Registered Dietitian 
• Skill: Management/supervisory experience as a Registered Dietitian. Microsoft software programs. Strong planning, organizing, leadership and team management skills.
